This is who we are
At our core is a passion for life that we have historically used in entrepreneurial and charitable ventures alike, from small business enterprises to medical missions in third world countries. And just like all of our passionate endeavors to date, the effort to share our deep love of the rich flavor, the rich tradition, and the cultural reality of coffee with you has been fraught with challenge and hardship. Despite the many gray hairs that have resulted from those challenges, we have determined unanimously and wholeheartedly that sharing this passion with others is a pure joy.
Part of that joy is embracing our Responsibility to celebrate life by improving our world, socially, economically, and environmentally. We are humans, wrestling with the inherent flaws of human impact on our planet. We are committed to transparently sharing with you all of the social and environmental complexities which contributed to making up your cup of coffee. We are inviting you to join us in making responsible choices to make that cup taste even richer.
We ask you to join us in acknowledging those who depend on coffee to provide their food and shelter. We want to discover and share these cultural experiences with as many people as will listen. With a little luck, more gray hair, and the amazing experiences we have begun to enjoy, we just might learn how to improve our perspective, improve our process and improve our product. Through the common thread of coffee we are realizing that it takes all of us to produce the perfect blend.
